How to make Papdi Chaat Dip :-
Whisk yogurt/curd with sugar and salt until smooth.
Spread the whisked yogurt evenly in the base of a shallow dish or serving platter.
Layer the boiled mashed potatoes and boiled chickpeas over the yogurt.
Drizzle the green chutney and tamarind chutneys over the layered ingredients. Add onion and tomatoes on the top.
Sprinkle green chili, chaat masala, red chili powder and roasted cumin powder.
Top it with boondi, sev, fresh coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
Enjoy this chaat dip with crispy papdi/puri.
Tips :-
For the perfect balance, adjust the chutneys to your taste.
You can add more or less green chili, chaat masala, red chili powder or roasted cumin powder to make the dip as spicy or mild as you prefer.

2 Boiled Potatoes (small)
2 Tbsp Boiled Chana/Chickpeas
2 Tbsp Green Chutney
2 Tbsp Tamarind Chutney
2 Tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
2 Tbsp Tomato (finely chopped)
1 Green chili (finely chopped)
1/8 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1/8 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1/8 Tsp Chaat Masala
Salt to taste
2 Tbsp Sev
2 Tbsp boondi
2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves/Cilantro
2 Tbsp Pomegranate seeds
