Add Finely chopped nuts and roast for about a minute.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool down for at least 15 minutes.

Once the mixture is cooled down, it will become thicker. Now add cardmom powder, powdered sugar and mix everything well.

Prepare Ladoo. You can garnish them with nuts.

Enjoy Besan Ladoo.

Tips :-

Roasting the besan on low heat is crucial. Be patient and stir continuously to avoid burning.

Roast the besan properly. If not roasted properly, the ladoos will have a raw taste.

Don’t over roast the besan, over roasting can lead to a bitter taste. A golden brown is perfect.

Adding nuts is optional. You can skip.

Adjust sweetness as per your taste.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.
